Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage
Before work begins, your detailer completes a walkaround and records existing scratches, chips, stains and trim damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing clear coat, loose trim or aftermarket parts, or for personal items left in the vehicle.
Pricing by vehicle size and condition
Prices on this website are sample prices for vehicles in normal condition. Excessive pet hair, mud, biohazards, heavy stains or oversize vehicles may require additional charges, which are always approved by you before the work is done.
Weather, access and cancellations
We may reschedule for severe weather at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $35 fee. You are responsible for confirming that your HOA, property manager or employer allows mobile detailing at the service location.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours of your service and we will return to correct it at no cost. Ceramic coating and paint protection film warranties are governed by the separate warranty card provided at installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX.
